Prints are produced after ordering. Please allow up to two weeks before prints are shipped.
Shipping damage should be reported immediately. All packages are insured. Orders over $500.00 must be signed for by an adult. Your print will be packed in a tube, but as with any product, if there is severe damage to the packaging, you should not accept the package. If your print appears damaged, do not discard the packaging. Email us at joyce@joycehuntingtonart.com, and we will report the damage to the shipper. A replacement print will be provided as soon as possible.
Your new giclée on canvas print is made with archival inks, and has a protective coating. Your giclée canvas print does not need glazing, but it will need to be stretched on stretcher bars before hanging or framing. Consult your local framer.
We make every effort to provide accurate colors through the website, however screen and device colors can vary. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, undamaged items may be returned within 15 days of receipt, for store credit or refund (excluding return shipping).
Original works will be shipped framed (in the style Joyce has chosen), and will be shipped within a few days of ordering (Sizes given are of the image; the outside of the frame is larger). Shipping damage should be reported immediately. Shipping costs on large original paintings cannot be refunded.
