An archival giclée print starts with a high resolution digital image of the original artwork which is then printed on a large-format inkjet printer using 12 fade resistant pigmented inks (as opposed to dye based inks). All our prints are produced on canvas and are coated with a non-yellowing, water based canvas varnish which increases resistance to image fading and will protect your purchase against moisture and abrasion.

No, all prints will be shipped unframed in a tube. Your canvas print will need to be stretched or mounted before hanging. Consult your local framer. All originals are already framed and ready to hang.
No. Given enough time, all prints eventually fade, but our archival giclée prints are made with pigmented inks (not dye-based inks), are considered fade resistant, and should last a lifetime.

Yes. Original works will be shipped framed (in the style Joyce has chosen), and will be shipped within a few days of ordering (Sizes given are of the image; the outside of the frame is larger). Shipping damage should be reported immediately.

Yes. In order to hang a canvas print, it should be stretched on stretcher bars. Your local framer can stretch and frame the print for you.
Shipping damage should be reported immediately. All packages are insured. Orders over $500.00 must be signed for by an adult. Your print will be packed in a tube, but as with any product, if there is severe damage to the packaging, you should not accept the package. If your print appears damaged, do not discard the packaging. Email us at email@example.com, and we will report the damage to the shipper. A replacement print will be provided as soon as possible.
